Hazel is an elected professional member of Visual Arts Scotland. She originally trained and worked as a doctor, specialising in the emotional health of children. It’s no surprise that this has a big influence on her practice as an artist. Her pieces revolve around the importance of story, and the importance of relationship in wellbeing.
